Fred started in commercial aviation, spending 10 years in ground operations before moving to private aviation. Over the last 20+ years he's led FBO start-ups for two major handling companies — growing one from a solo operation to 13 staff during peak seasons. He was recruited by a world leader in ground handling to establish private aviation operations and built 4 FBOs across North Africa over a 6-year tenure. From managing planes on the tarmac to closing 5 and 6-figure deals, Fred became a sought-after advisor and consultant.

Philosophy
Charter brokers are aviation professionals — not mere salespeople. The best brokers are highly specialized travel matchmakers who anticipate problems before clients even recognize them. Curiosity, English fluency, patience, resilience, and extroversion are essential entry-level skills.
